I decided to have this testing done to help me make better choices regarding my health and most of all to determine what changes to prioritize to be most effective in that goal. I was a bit skeptical… but so cool. I pulled the trigger since this test is so affordable and coming out of a clinical lab vs. a start-up I knew I could trust the results. Anyway, I needed to try something different since I was just maintaining my weight and not getting to my goal weight. My results came back and I should be on a moderate carb diet (thank goodness not low!) and 20 min of high intensity cardio and 10 min strength exercise are all I needed to start losing weight vs. the 60 min I was doing. I also needed to start taking vit B and D. Much better than the diet I was eating before and working out for an hour and not getting anywhere. IF I could post a picture I would but I am fitting in my size 8 jeans which I haven’t been able to wear for 5 years. I also have more energy since I have been taking vitamins that I didn’t know I needed.

Just the information I have been looking for. I have struggled with my weight for years and have tried every diet and workout out there. Now I have the information I need to go back to those diets and workouts and adjust them to avoid the types of foods my body reacts poorly too as well as adjust my workouts to maximize my time spent at the gym. The test was super easy to do. Highly recommend this test for those like me who struggle with weight or who just want to know about their body.
