What Do I Do with the Test Results?
To achieve the best outcome of your exercise, it is important to make appropriate fitness choices that match your own u-ology.
Exercise programs will be recommended based on the following parameters: muscle power, effectiveness of moderate training, aerobic capacity (VO2Max), body response to exercise, risk of muscle injury, blood pressure response to exercise, body’s response to endurance training, loss of body fat response to exercise, insulin sensitivity response to exercise, exercise induced ischemia, exercise recovery time.
