Robert Frank, one of the photographers who represents 20th-century photographic expression and has greatly influenced photographers of his generation and beyond.

He went beyond the conventional photo essay and established a new method of expression for the photographic medium with his unique method of intuitively arranging and composing photographs. This book is his second work following "THE AMERICANS." "THE AMERICANS" wasn't highly praised at the time; in fact, it was harshly criticized in America.

Frank put his camera away and began working as a filmmaker. However, one day, he was moved by Kazuhiko Motomura of Muramoto-sha, a Japanese man, and decided to create a photo book. His photo book was published in 1972 as "Poem of My Hand."

This is a collection where you can get a glimpse of the history of his work all at once!
